Ken Wazyniak – Co-Owner
Ken has been working in real estate investment for over 15 years and has been actively buying and selling his own investment properties for over 8 years, helping hundreds of sellers in tough situations. Mr. Wazyniak manages daily operations with a focus on Acquisitions analysis, deal structuring, managing cash flow, team training, and building and streamlining processes and procedures. Ken lives in Saint Petersburg with his wife and three children. He enjoys competitive swimming, biking, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and kids.
Ryan Hartney – Co-Owner
Ryan has been a real estate professional for all of his professional life. His focus for most of that time has been on residential real estate markets in and around Tampa Bay. Ryan works closely with the team to implement strategies to purchase, repair, and re market renovated homes. He holds an active general contracting license and is passionate about the residential real estate space especially as is relates transforming problem homes into happy living spaces for new home owners. Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and being outside in any capacity.
